Making A Purchase
  • To make an order, select the relevant product options for your required item, eg colour, and then "Add to Shopping Cart". If you do not want another colour product, should the item not be available, please keep "None" as the 2nd colour choice.
  • If you wish to see or change your selections click "Cart" and edit your order.
  • Once you are happy with your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
  • You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or securely over the internet using WorldPay, a leading global e-commerce company. We are unable to accept American Express or Diners cards.
  • If you are shopping outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Shipping And Handling
Orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Backorders: In the event that your item is not in stockand sent separately you will NOT be charged additional postage.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days we will advise you accordingly.
You may cancel your order upto 7 days from the time of ordering. If the order has already been despatched you should wait until you receive it and then return it. We recommend you use Royal Mail and obtain a free "Certicate of Posting"

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be charged for any additional postage.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union VAT is included where applicable at the current rate of 20.0%. For orders outside the E.U. the VAT is deducted.

Credit Card Security
Secure online credit card payments are made using Worldpay, a leading global e-commerce company.

If you are not satisfied with your purchases for any reason, please return them within 28 days and we will (providing the goods are new and unused) either refund your money or exchange them. You should retain the package your order was sent in and return the items in this to prevent damage.
Goods are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. Our guarantee is in addition to your satutory rights.

How to return
The return address (as below) is written on the invoice you will receive.
Please include a copy of your invoice, and state the reason (if any) for return. We recommend you use Royal Mail and obtain a "Certificate of Posting" available free from the Post Office.
Payments will be refunded in the same method as your original purchase.
