|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

|Shipping And Handling For UK orders there is free postage.
If you are ordering outside the UK we will arrange shipping at cost rate and will contact you with details prior to dispatch.
|Delivery Schedule If the item is in stock most orders are processed the same day. We will normally be able to send your order to you in two business days. If you have any special delivery requirements please don't hesitate to contact us.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|

|Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 28 day no quibble guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected. Should you require a refund or exchange (either different style or size) please return the item(s) to us (if it is a bikini please return both parts unless otherwise arranged) in new condition, unwashed, labels intact and in original packaging. Postage will be refunded for faulty items only. Include the accompanying invoice indicating which items are being returned, the reason for the return and what you would like us to do ie exchange or refund.
When returning an item, always obtain a proof of postage certificate (free from the post office). We will not refund or exchange items "lost in transit" unless proof of postage is obtained by the sender. Please retain this proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been received.
Refunds will be credit back to the original card used to make the purchase.
